Hello Rob,

it appears that you transferred it to your Orbx Direct account in December 2016 and that it remains

there, along with all your other products.

The account I looked at uses your forum e mail address.

Please check that you are logged in to the correct account in FTX Central and that you have not ticked

either of the "only show" boxes on the FTX Central settings page.

If you want to check your account for yourself, log on to Orbx Direct and click on Account at the top right.
