answered Installing FTX Global openLC NA Over the Older Alaska/Canada Only Version

I have just purchased the FTX Global openLC NA during the May sale .

I already have the earlier FTX Global openLC NA (Alaska/Canada) version installed in FSX.

 

Two questions :

 

1) I presume I can just download and install the latest  'complete'  version via FTX Central without the need to uninstall the original Alaska/Canada only version ?

2) Will checking off the box in FTX Central settings  "Search for files locally (reduces download size)"  help in this case ?
