active Can someone please give me help on moving map

Hello All.

I realise that this should be direct at Steam, and it is. Or perhaps FS Contol but I cannot get answer. 

I bought FSW and enjoyed many parts of it.  Now it's gone, the part I liked was the moving map by I think FS Contol. 

In the FSX-SE DLC, you can purchase this moving map at a hugely reduced price.  I have looked and re-looked at the youtube video tutorials and manual but I really need help from someone who has this same setup.

Can someone please put their hand up to help me with a few questions.
