WaterworthD Posted May 12, 2018 Share Posted May 12, 2018 Hi, I created a new account and made a number of purchases - my receipt number is 5af63bf5dbbe3 When I try and download it tells me I need to use FTX Central so I downloaded it, but the purchases aren't showing up there? WaterworthD Posted May 12, 2018 Author Share Posted May 12, 2018 Thanks Doug i figured out the problem, I assumed I could download the products and install later, without installing Prepare 3D first. I only had X Plane 11 installed so it seemed to only show compatible Orbx products.
