ssimm1958 Posted April 25, 2018 Share Posted April 25, 2018 bought tried download, computer locked up, restarted computer, started ftx central back up but got error that temp folder not large enough, so changed temp folder to a larger drive, re start ftx and says the scenery is installed but scenery box is highlighted and said scanning then progress bar starts says downloading but just above progress bar says scanning then progress bar stops moving, at start of download message says that sometimes might see long pauses but the progress bar has been not moving all day, tried uninstalling with uninstall button so can re download using my now bigger temp folder but uninstall button does not want to work while ftx is in this scanning mode, how can remove so can do fresh download/install Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Scott Harmes Posted May 2, 2018 Share Posted May 2, 2018 @ssimm1958 Hi, If you are still having trouble with this, try the following: Go to "......Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\ORBX\User Documents\Versions" and delete "Orbx_EU_NLD_TrueEarth_HD.txt" Go to "......Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\ORBX\FTX_EU" and delete the following folders: FTX_EU_!NLD_05_SCENERY FTX_EU_!NLD_06_CVX FTX_EU_!NLD_07_MESH FTX_EU_!NLD_08_CUSTOM Then either restart the download via FTX Central or you can go to your account page on https://orbxdirect.com/ then go to the NLD HD product, click on that, and on the product page you will find an option to download the manual zip file.
