Leyland
Saw something similar in P3D4 with water set to maximum, backing off one step solved it. Also stops the big waves, sadly, so I guess ir's an aberration of the surf? Leyland
Larry_R
Hello, You are seeing the result of using a wave effect that has not been adjusted to work in P3D v4. There are multiple discussions on this topic on the support forums which you should be able to find with a search. All Orbx wave effects installed with the Orbx libraries have been updated for v4 but if you for some reason have old files (say from copying old P3D v3 files to P3D v4, you can fix it by deleting the Orbx library .txt file to force FTXC3 to reinstall the libraries and update the effects. If the area of concern is other than an Orbx product, you will need to get updated files from the developer or manually edit the effects files. Sorry I don't have any links handy, but the details should be easy to find on these support forums.
