Patster-NZ Posted March 5, 2018 Author Share Posted March 5, 2018 I came across an unrelated issue preventing me from deleting a file due to COM surrogate in use. Going into task manager, I had three instances of COM surrogate listed as running, I ended each one, and lo and behold, images are back!
