Support Ticket

On 19th February I submitted a support ticket and paid a license fee to transfer three boxed Obyx titles that I bought from FSS in 2017 from my Flight Sim account FTX Central3 to my Prepar3Dv4 FTX Centrlal3. I have still not received any acknowledgement of my ticket nor a receipt and the three titles  (EGTH, EGKA,EGHR) are still not available to me.  Where do I address this matter to?

Hello,

the Flight Sim Store appear not to be responding to any kind of communication at the moment.

However, you should be able to transfer purchases from the FSS to Orbx Direct using the licence

transfer system and at no cost.

I have reset your Orbx Direct account to allow you to transfer more products from the FSS and

would advise you to do that instead.

Hi Nick, I tried that and got a red message that an error occured and that FSS did not accept my E Mail address as a customer. They do not want to talk to me either. I've paid the license fees so what can I do now? They still accept my E Mail address to access my account that's still there though. Just being uncharitable?
