Cant update products vector and global as not migrated form FSS?

HI there,

 

I am sure there is a simple answer but i am struggling to do this right...

 

Its been a while since i simmed but now getting back into it..

 

I have installed all my old Orbx products namely Global and Vector and Trees...when i go to update in FTX Central it says that i don't have a license in my OrbxDirect account...i need to transfer them form FSS..i have all the serials though form the FSS...

 

So i go to my account and nothing is showing... how do i actually do this transfer so i can keep up to date?

Hi,

It looks like you haven't finished the FSS license transfer process yet.

Please check your email for an email with the title "Orbx Direct Data Share Opt-In Approval".
