Rudyjo Posted January 2, 2018 Share Posted January 2, 2018 There is an update for FTX Pacific Northwest, I clicked it , and got the message that it can't be updated because you don't have it in your system. It said to contact the vendor it was purchased from. I purchased it on March 11, 2012 from the FS Pilot Shop, order #399365. I ordered it on a CD. It came in a Plastic case that looks like it would have come directly from ORBX. I contacted the FS PilotShop more than a week ago about an update, Their message was that they received my message and would get back to me within 2 days. I was given a ticket # for the request. I have contacted them about the request, but have heard nothing from them. As this is an ORBX product that was made by ORBX to be sent out by various places that were licensed to sell them, How do I get this into your system so it can be updated?
