Gary Whitehead
Hi Not sure if this post is in the right place so my apologies if it's not. I'm a new user to Orbx and have just installed FTX England along with FTX central for fsx steam with no joy ! I've spent hour's trying to get it to work but failed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Gary.
Nick Cooper
Hello, welcome to the forums. It should have gone like this: You bought the product. You downloaded FTX Central. You installed the product and the Orbx libraries. The product works. If you have done all of this and yet it does not yet work: Can you first have a look inside your FSX folder and see if your have a folder named ORBX in there. Inside, you should see four folders for the England product: ORBX\FTX_EU\FTX_EU_ENG_05_SCENERY ORBX\FTX_EU\FTX_EU_ENG_06_CVX ORBX\FTX_EU\FTX_EU_ENG_07_MESH ORBX\FTX_EU\FTX_EU_ENG_08_CUSTOM they should be 6.95 GB in total with 6391 files in 11 folders. You should also have ORBX\FTX_AU\FTXAA_ORBXLIBS, 2214 files in 5 folders. You should also see in your in-game scenery library, five entries, each pointing to one of the five folders in the ORBX folder.

Nick Cooper
The message is telling you that the file you downloaded appears to be corrupt. Have you tried making a manual download of the libraries, using a download manager and then installing from that?
