Doug Sawatzky Posted December 7, 2017 Share Posted December 7, 2017 Hi Steve Please try this, Go to FTX Central 3 Settings. Uncheck the “Use multiple threads for downloads”. Click on the “Clear Temp” Button. Click on “Save”. Restart FTXC3, and try again. Also be sure to have HD free space(temp folder) on C:\ that is at least two times the .zip file size so the product can download and extract itself. Seatime Posted December 7, 2017 Author Share Posted December 7, 2017 Thanks Doug, Using Central v3.2.3.0 Plenty of space on C I could see no Clear Temp Button and the View all Downloads was empty Multiple Threads was not checked So, on a wing, I checked Multiple Threads, saved and restarted Central No error this time and I Got down to 1 second to go. then it stopped, locking the machine up, could not even get to Taskmaster Re booted and restarted Central Set Multiple Threads to Off, saved and restarted Central North Island is now installed. Perhaps flipping the switch to Multiple Threads on and off was the answer.
