Mail to transfer my FSS-purchases into FTX

Hi,

 

could you send me the mail  "Orbx Direct Data Share Opt-In Approval " once again? I did not received the mail on my "t-online"-mailadress. Now I have got a new adress.

Besides I have no Button "FSS transfer" in FTX. Please be so kind und check that too.

Hello Hans,

The e mail is from the Flight Sim Store, so we cannot send it to you.

However, if you click on the link below and log on with your FSS account

details, this should complete the transfer.

There is no FSS Tranfer button because you have already done this and normally

once is enough.

Please report if the use of the above link is successful.

thanks for your quick reply.

 

If I click on the link you gave me, FSS gives me the info "No products available to migrate".

If I install the FTX Central 3 and choose "Microsoft flight simulator X" I can see all my FSS-purchases I have made.

But if I choose "Prepar3d V4" in the FTX-menue then I only can see one product in FTX Central. No more.

 

I hope you understand my problem.

Hello,

I have reset your account so that you can attempt the transfer again.

I have no idea what products you may have from the FSS, as we can no

longer access their FTX product database.

This is their doing, not ours.

 

If you have installed products from other media into FSX, they will appear in FTX Central.

If they do not have Orbx Direct licences, then you will not be able to update them.

If there are no FTX Central licences, they will not show up except for the simulator that you installed them into.

That is what you are seeing.

thank you for your patience.

 

I tried the transfer button and received the FSS-mail, but no producs are transfered.

In the image you can see one of my purchases at FSS.  

I thought that all my ORBX-products from FSS can transfer to Prepar3D via FTX Central.
