active FTX Central error and wont open - error message states to "send toOrbx Staff"

Hi Orbx team,

 

After trying to download Germany South which froze at 10% and locked up the computer during the download, I rebooted and tried to redownload it again.

 

However FTX Central would not open, and an error message came up on the screen stating:

'An unexpected error occurred. Please send Orbx staff the %LocalAppData%\ftxc.log"

So I have attached it.

 

Any help with this from Orbx would be most appreciated.
