FSS FTX Global order did not transfer to ORBX Direct

Hello. I recently tried to transfer my Flight Sim Store FTX Global (Order #FSS0248058)  to ORBX Direct and was unsuccessful. I followed the step by step process including clicking the "FSS license transfer" button and confirming the email permission and it still says "It looks like you don't have any products in your account" in ORBX Direct. Is there something I'm missing?

Hello,

I have reset your account so that you can try again.

On the face of it, you have done what is required but

a second attempt might work.

We are no longer able to verify FSS purchases, the FSS having

for their own reason, unknown to me, withdrawn access to

their record of Orbx transactions.

Thank you so much. It looks like that did the trick. I can see my order now in my account. I recently made the switch between FSX and FSX:SE, so my next question would be, is there a way my order would be compatible with the Steam version of FSX?
