SigmundHorn29
I noticed when I'm flying VFR the roads seem to disconnect. I've tried deleting the version txt and reinstall via FTX3. I am running P3d V.1 I've checked scenery library and everything is where it suppose to be. I've also forced migration and cleared temp and still getting this odd issue. Stewart Hobson
Hmm...If you ask me, that's the way country roads are sometimes laid out. It looks ok to me.

Stewart Hobson
A couple are staggered, but notice the houses are placed exactly where they should be relative to the roads. If the road placement was wrong, the houses would be out of place, too.
SigmundHorn29
Thanks Stewart! Its not a huge problem especially since I usually fly airliners. everything else looks good except the trippy roads.
Stewart Hobson
You're welcome, Sigmund. Maybe the surveyors were having a bad day, idk.
SigmundHorn29
this just seems so odd. It looks bad at least to me. I guess I expected the roads to at least connect.
Stewart Hobson
Now that view does look odd. That big square in the middle of the frame looks out of place. Maybe if you included some coordinates (Shift-z) we might take a look. Where is this exactly?
SigmundHorn29
Just outside of KDTW I will have to restart my sim and find another area with this issue. I will report back with a screenshot and coordinates shortly

JMBIII
FWIW - I have the same here. (With the exception that the weather is a bit better) P3Dv3.4, open LC North America, etc. to me it looks like somethimg you're going to have to live with. There are numerous examples of the roads not matching at the edges of the LC squares. Seems to me it would be very hard to make the LC squares match. You will notice the highways and roads from the Vector addon depict properly. unless the LC files were actual photoreal there's no way one could make up all the squares to match. SigmundHorn29
I've tried everything I could think of. clean installs, deleting version txt, force migrations etc.... And, I've made no headway
JMBIII
Here's the Google Earth shot of the same area. As you can see it would be difficult to match real life using just LC squares. Otherwise you will have to find photoreal for the areas.

I was also running a weather test hence the bad weather lol.
