Later I startet many attempts to reinstall FTX Germany North via Download on FTX Central. The Download starts but stops at differents positions after having downloaded different amounts of data. The following error message occurs. A manual download runs without problems and completes the download, but if I try to install via FTX Central, it starts to extract and install, teh process starts and finishes without result. The www-connection cannot be the problem, fiber with 100Mbit, manual Download runs without any problem. Doug Sawatzky Posted October 12, 2017 Share Posted October 12, 2017 Hi, welcome to the forums Please try this, Your simulator and all other programs need to be closed first, make sure your antivirus is not blocking it and your UAC is turned off, then try the below procedure. Also be sure to have HD free space(temp folder) on C:\ that is at least two times the .zip file size so the product can download and extract itself. Go to FTX Central 3 Settings. Uncheck the “Use multiple threads for downloads”. Click on the “Clear Temp” Button. Click on “Save”. Restart FTXC3, and try again. Might be that I had not the correct setup configuration within FTX Central. Anyway, after starting the install process and being interupted many many times, the installation seems now to be completed successful. I think I can close this call now. Thank you very much.
