Iain Williamson
Hi, ID: 59d03d1bbf269 I recently purchased p3d v4 along with ORBX Global and ORBX Trees HD. I downloaded and installed the RTX Central 3 installer and begun downloading the products. Upon launching p3d I noticed the products were not displaying and I could only see the default p3d v4 scenery. I can't seem to find anyone else with this problem. I've tried reinstalling p3d with no luck. Some help would be much appreciated.
Doug Sawatzky
Hi Iain, welcome to the forums Please install the Orbx Libraries which you can find in your FTXC3 circled in red in the below image. Cheers Doug

Doug Sawatzky
Ok, the below entries should be listed in your scenery library. FTXAA_ORBXLIBS ORBX!OPENLC_BASE ORBX!OPENLC_EUROPE1 ORBX!OPENLC_NAMERICA1
Iain Williamson
Hi Doug, When I was ingame I looked at my Scenery Library and they were all there and enabled. I am currently reinstalling all of the ORBX stuff. Should be about an hour.
Doug Sawatzky
Then Global base was indeed installed. You can also do the comparison image check as per the below link. And to confirm HD Trees are installed, be sure the "Dynamic 3D Autogen Vegetation" in the P3Dv4 setting is unchecked and that there is within your P3Dv4\Orbx\Scripts folder a folder called "FTXTreesHD". Also please feel free to post screenshots of your own. Cheers Doug
Iain Williamson
Okay, Thanks Doug. I'll see if I can get it working now. If I'm still out of luck I'll reply again here.

Iain Williamson
Still no luck. This time P3d is stuck at loading terrain data and I can't get into game.
Doug Sawatzky
Ok, Try this, Go to your C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin and cut and paste the entire "Prepar3D v4" folder to your desktop as a backup copy. Then restart P3Dv4 and it will rebuild the entire folder back to default. Then restart FTXC3 and let it activate for a few moments. Then restart P3Dv4 and check your scenery library. Iain Williamson
Don't have a folder on my C drive called Program Data. I am on windows 10. P3D didn't make its own folder when I installed the game, I had to manually make my own on the D Drive.
Doug Sawatzky
Yes you do. Also, P3D creates folders in a couple other locations. Please follow the below tutorial. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rBteQswtPI0 Cheers Doug
