Trouble Installing NA Southern Alaska

When trying to install NA Southern Alaska I repeatedly get an error message.  The message tells me to post the attached screen shot to the forum. It looks like the transfer of my purchase from the Flightsim Store is corrupt. Any help that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, welcome to the forums,

 

The corruption would be in the download not the product transfer. 

 

Please try this,

 

Go to FTX Central 3 Settings.

Uncheck the “Use multiple threads for downloads”.

Click on the “Clear Temp” Button.

Click on “Save”.

Restart FTXC3, and try again.

 

Also be sure your UAC is turned off, and your antivirus is not interfering. :)
