paullv Posted June 2, 2017 Share Posted June 2, 2017 Hi, I am trying to transfer my FSS licenses (FTX Global and Vector) to ORBX Direct. I tried to register with ORBX Direct with my Microsoft outlook email account (the same email I registered with FSS), but I can't receive the activation email from ORBX. (I checked my inbox and the junk mail folder but can't find any email from ORBX. Also checked the junk mail settings every thing is normal.) So I registered with ORBX Direct with another email account and applied the FSS license transfer in the account section. The notification shows that FSS will send me an email to activate the transfer. But I received nothing from them. Can you help? My FSS order number is: FSS0226249 Thanks.
