grahamboaviation
Hello all! I am new to orbx, and haven't gotten an airport until now. EGE is my first. On the first install, everything appeared fine until I loaded Steam Edition and the Terrain Mesh was covered up and half the runway was covered and the default buildings, scenery, and textures still remained. No improved textures. I then uninstalled it and upon trying to re-install it, this error message kept coming up. (I put a screenshot of it down below) I would really appreciate some help with getting this dang thing fixed! I've tried everything from manual install to updating the libraries. -Graham
Doug Sawatzky
Hi, welcome to the forums, To address your error message, You will need to make sure no .pdf documents are open in the background, and that Adobe reader is not running. Then after you get your airport installed, please apply the below procedure, Ensure the Orbx Libs are installed and up to date. (is there a blue notification above the settings button in FTXC3?) Ensure all of your 3rd party addons are at the top of your scenery library and above your FTX entries. Then in FTX Central 3 Insertion points, move "FTX entries should be inserted below" just below your last 3rd party addon. Then move the "openLC entries should be inserted below" just below your FTX entries. and click "Save". Then run the "Force Migration" option. Finally Click on the "Clear Temp" button.
