Ronan Manac'h Posted May 16, 2017 Share Posted May 16, 2017 HI. In 2013 I purchased from the Flightsim store 2 Orbx Items : EU ENGLAND and NA Blue. My e-mail adress was different then as it was using hotmail.com instead of the yahoo one I'm using now. Today, I wanted to upgrade EU England via FTX Central, and when using it an annoucement appeared reading that all my orbx previous orders had been migrated from Fss. I checked with their store , and they do appear in my orders list as having been purchased , the first one on 2013-11-29, thesecond one on 2013-11-30. What can I do to get the migration from their site to ftx central, as I can't use the hotmail adress now? Looking forward to your answer. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Nick Cooper Posted May 16, 2017 Share Posted May 16, 2017 Hello, You should still be able to log in to the FSS account with your hotmail address and password. I have reset your account so that you can transfer these two products. When you have done this, instead of receiving an e mail, you can log into this page https://www.flightsimstore.com/orbx-datashare.php again using your hotmail address and password and complete the transfer.
