But that doesn't matter for my problem as you get a LOC and G/S with respective marker beacons and I cannot hear the signals. I did hear MM and IM with the scenery I had installed before. Nick Cooper Posted May 1, 2017 Share Posted May 1, 2017 Hello again, By default, FSX and probably P3D as well load an aircraft with the marker sounds switched off. Some aircraft do not have the necessary gauge to switch them back on. I had been given to understand that marker beacons are a relic from the past, so perhaps the most modern aircraft do not need to detect them.
