active EDDP: missing runway lighting and wrong ILS

I found that in EDDP (Leipzig/Halle) several problems that make using this apt a bit less enjoyable.

1. On runway 26L/8R no runway and approach lighting is active: I did an ILS night flight, ATC routed me to the 26L, but only the 26R and the atxiways were lit.
2. Another problem is, that the ILS and marker beacons of the old (and in the GEN version not existing) rwy 28/10 from the default FSX file "Scenery\0601\scenery\APX51130.bgl" still shows up while the ILS of the new active rwy 26L is missing.
3. There exists a fake ILS "ILZE" with a course of 179°. This one and the old 23/10 ILS show up annoyingly on the GPS display. Besides, another such fake ILS with a 179° course exists for the apt EDDI.

Besides the above mentioned stock fsx file APX51130.bgl, only "ADE_FTX_GEN_EDDP.bgl" active in the EDDP scenery. I suppose, the fake ILS was brought in by the latter, while the ISL 28/10 was not deactivated in the default scenery. The screenshot from Little Navmap shows the situation.
