Clicking at "Update Product" a pop-up message says: "You don't have a license for this product in your OrbxDirect account". I have two PCDVD products bought from Aerosoft GmbH (USA Canada Pacific Fjords and CZST Steward Airport), but how to update when FTX Central says there are Update Available"? Doug Sawatzky Posted January 6, 2017 Share Posted January 6, 2017 Hi, Welcome to the forums A crossgrade service was available for a couple of years before the introduction of FTX Central v3, and it will be reintroduced in the very near future, but in the meantime have a read of the below post, and a search of "crossgrade DVD" will provide you with more info and history.
