Sykothor Posted January 1, 2017 Share Posted January 1, 2017 Hi all, First of sorry if this is in the wrong place or has been answered before but I can't see anything related! I have a texture problem with FSX when I do long haul (and sometimes with short haul) in that I arrive at destination with little to no textures, and sometimes the airport has no ground textures and no friction causing the aircraft to slide all over the place! This wasn't a problem prior to installation of FTX global, hence why I suspect that is the root cause. Thanks in advance! Doug Sawatzky Posted January 2, 2017 Share Posted January 2, 2017 FTX Global is just a default texture replacement and is highly unlikely to be the cause of this. It replaces the default texture with a much higher quality set which usually results in better sim performance. What texture (1024, 2048, 4096) and LOD settings are you using?
