Morpheus
Hello, I'm using custom water textures and around the cost and isles I get dark colors (no cloud shadows). I tried to change all custon sco water textures, but this does not help. Is there a way to get rid of this?

Morpheus
Hello Nick, thank you for the quick reply! I tried the tips from Holger and the WC files didn't change anything. Then I switched off the 30 "FTX_EU_SCO_TidalAreas_Satellite_Area01.bgl" files and the black water is gone. Did you know if the files include more than water based files, is there anything on land that is switched off? regards
Nick Cooper
Hello, Looking at the pictures in the .bgl files, I think that there should be no effect on anything else. It is a shame that you don't like them, I think they add to the area which does look like that in the real world.
Morpheus
Hello, I think you are right. I made a flight around and didn't find anything missing. Thanks for your help! Last year I made a 3 week trip around scotland and I can't remember to see those dark souroundings anywhere. Here some real ones http://www.descent.at/files/p3d/scor1 http://www.descent.at/files/p3d/scor2 http://www.descent.at/files/p3d/scor3 regards
Guest
Hi,These water bgl are in fact thin photo layer customed for coastal shorelines into FTX SCO. If you change the water rendering you have to remove them in case they don't fit well after. No other features are embedded
