active Unable to Download Product w/FTX Central

Just purchased KSTS(Transaction ID: 584c4449f2ce2) and it shows fine in my ORBX Direct account.  Problem is there is no "Download via FTX Central" button to push, just a green "Open in FTX Central" button.  I tried that, but nothing happened.  Well, I kept reading and clicked on the manual download.  It downloaded to my PC OK from what I could tell.  I found the zipped file(_fuled357b19-b0e1-41d2-a93a-1efa5628b09d.zip) and proceed to unzip it. Alright, problem resolved, I think.  KSTS finally showed up in FTX Central, and I was able to download/install through FTX Central.  I think the issue was with the FTX Central Settings.  I didn't have "Use the Orbx CDN" checked.  Anyhow, I'm back to being a happy camper.  Admin should change to "Resolved"   Maybe this will work for others.
