Dan Morand Posted December 3, 2016 Share Posted December 3, 2016 Hi, I don't have an order number, I'm trying to buy FTX Global Base Pack and FTX Global Vector. I'm registered on the Orbx site and twice so far, I've logged on, added those two products to my cart and submitted the order. The result is I get an error message : " We did not receive a transaction token from the payment gateway. Please contact Orbx support." The first attempt was a few days ago with a Visa card, the latest was about a half hour ago with a MasterCard. Any idea what the problem might be?
