harm meertens
I bought on 28 December 2011 airports Darington and Fall City at the Aviation Megastore (Netherlands). So a non FSS sales. How to add these airports to my ORBXDirect account? Now updates are refused with the message: if it is no freeware, transfer from FSS. Nick Cooper
Hello and welcome to the forums. This question has been asked quite a few times. The answer is that at the moment you cannot add the products to an Orbx Direct account, the procedure that did exist is no longer in place. It will be replaced in due course. You can of course continue to use the products as they are.
cflord
I have the same problem getting my non FSS PCDVD's registered/Licensed with ORBX. I even updated my ORBX profile by listing all my PCAviator and FSS ORBX software. I purchased 6 PCDVDs through PCAviatior on Oct 19, 2016. fmoryn7e7
I have also the same problem, I bought eight PCDVD from FSS, and I cannot do any update, I should be glad that Orbx recognises those paywares in our account. fmoryn7e7
Sambo71
I came across the same problem.... If I hadn't gone and did the "DVD to Digital Relicensing" with a bunch of my regions with FSS last year, I would really have been upset! I'm a little frustrated about having to wait for a fix, so instead of waiting, I repurchased a few of those airports while they're on sale.... I'm sure glad I didn't go and buy a bunch of those boxed DVD's that were marked down to $2.99 on that one website... Over all I think Orbx is doing a great job for the flight sim community and there's always going pains with any business.... Keep up the good work Orbx & thanks for your efforts!
