answered unable to update Global openLC North America - Alaska - Canada via FTX Central

Hello,   I purchased on the 15th of August 2015: Orbx - FTX: Global openLC North America - Alaska - Canada, Order# FSS0405586. However I cannot update this purchased product via FTX Central (v 3.0.2.2.) It says I do not have a licence for this product...... I migrated all products already a while ago. Plz help me.   Martin

Hello I have the same problem today. Just saw there was an update and tried to update and got the message shown in the screen shot.
