They also provided serials later so they have been transferred but I have a couple others (Sis bought for Dad before passing) that they install fine, but don't appear in FTX Central 3? I can re-download them but the connection here is soooo sloooow (kb/sec). How are the dvds we already have treated in this new system? (I'd rather fly than download) Why don't they appear? Until then you should still be able to see them in FTX Central but not do anything with them. For the cross grade offer, you will need evidence that they are licenced to you.
