Sending error log

Sending the error log as requested, altho not quite sure this is the proper place to send it. If not, please advise.

Thanks for your response Nick. I had to manually change the directory name from  C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\FSX\scenery.cfg to  C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\FSX-SE\scenery.cfg

Not sure why I would need to do that, but it solved that particular problem. However, the new scenery is still not loading into the simulator. If I go into the flight "settings > scenery library > add area" I can find the ORBX ...PNW scenery directory, but I get "no items match your search". Keep in mind I am a computer user, not a programmer. I just want to load this scenery that I paid for but it's not at all intuitive to me. Any help you can offer would be appreciated. Thanks.

I clicked on the FTX Central 3 icon and then I started the migration. I had done that before but it seems like it needed to go thru the process again. However, there is still no new scenery in the sim and the options in settings still dead end with "no items match your search" even tho that directory has over 1100 .bgl files.

Yes, starting FTX Central 3 offers an option to "Select a Simulator". I first selected FSX Steam Edition and then clicked on the North America and it highlighted the Pacific NW picture and then said "Activating Scenery". Still no new scenery in the sim. Then on reading your note above, I instead selected FSX (not SE) but nothing new happened and still no new scenery.

 

When initially downloading the scenery after purchase, my modem was very slow and it may have been interrupted. I wonder if something is corrupt or missing. Or possibly I am missing something obvious about loading it as I am new to the Flight Sim in general. I appreciate all your help.

You asked for the FSX file, but I also have and FSX-SE scenery.cfg file. Not sure why I need both or which one is active. Also, here is KSEA, however I don't know how detailed it is supposed to be, I have been starting at the Friday Harbor airport and that is the one where I see the new scenery overlaid for just a quick instant and then it disappears.

I don't know what changed, but I rebooted the computer and now it seems to be loading the scenery just fine. Thanks a million for all your help, I assume the problem has gone away. I look forward to flying thru this beautiful scenery now.
