active Orbx has left me behind

I have been off air for several months and can't find my way around anymore ... hope I'm in the right area for these questions:

 

1) I just upgraded to V4 and ran FTX Central which dazzled me with action ... very pleasing as far as I can understand but I seem to be missing the upgrades

for Global Vector 140 and 145 ........... but where do I find these files to download?
 

2) I have been a client of The FlightSim Store Aus for years but do I understand I'm supposed to be dealing direct with Orbx now to get all the updates etc and if

so how do I transfer my purchases data? I can't see the vendors e-mail address on his site?  But Orbx must have most of my data because it upgraded my FTX central

after the P3.4 upgrade?

 

3) I wasn't allowed back into the main Orbx site without starting a new account although my forum account still works but maybe that's why my new account says I have to buy

some programs from Orbx .... kind of a mess now?

 

Could I trouble someone in the organization to get me straightened out when they get a minute.
