Gavinc Posted September 15, 2016 Share Posted September 15, 2016 Hi, Actually 2 questions 1) When I look in my FTX_FTXG_AIRPORTS folder I see 2 sets of files for CYMJ ADEX_FTX_FTXG_CYMJ_CVX.bgl ADEX_FTX_FTXG_CYMJ.bgl ADE_FTX_FTXG_CYMJ_CVX.bgl ADE_FTX_FTXG_CYMJ.bgl Both the ADE & ADEX files are identical dates and sizes. When I pull them into ADE they look identical as well. Do I need both (don't think so) and does it matter which I delete 2) (This one is probably cheeky and the answer may be "none of your business") I was going to add more parking to the air field to support the military training AI that I want to install. When I pull the airport into ADE there are a large number of black blocks around the edge of the taxiways. These correspond to the lighting on the edge of the taxiway. I know the black block marks an object that ADE doesn't have in its library and if I add parking and re-compile the airport I will lose the lighting. Can you tell me which object library needs to be imported into ADE so that it is aware of the edge lighting. larryisenor Posted September 16, 2016 Share Posted September 16, 2016 You only need one set - for consistency I would use ADEX since it is the current file and will be used for future updates.
