noted OLC and parks KEYE Indianapolis

My home airport of Eagle creek Airport Indianapolis.

 

Fresh install of Win7 and P3D ver 2.5.

 

Only sceneries installed are FTX Global Base Pack, Global Vector, openLC North America, North America freeware pack.

 

As you can see in the 1st image there is a park (Eagle Creek Park) just north of Eagle Creek Airport (KEYE). Up to this point only FTX Global, Vector and FS Global Ultimate mesh were installed. After installing openLC you can see in 2nd image park is now a residential neighborhood. This is incorrect. However, the industrial park seen beyond the park is correctly placed.

 

The last two images show my library setups.

 

So my question is, is there something I'm overlooking on my side or is it a case of misplaced LC?
