Triplane Posted August 27, 2016 Share Posted August 27, 2016 There is a major flaw with all recent versions of Acronis True Image. Some of us have learned the hard way that, by default, all Google browser data, other browser data, and system restore points are excluded from any drive image. This problem was first identified over two years ago and it's still there. I just ran a restore from the latest version of 2017 and was dismayed to find that 10-years of Google bookmarks are gone forever. If you use Acronis I would strongly urge you to update (delete as necessary - see the Acronis forum thread) the default exclusions to avoid this issue going forward.
