seehunt Posted August 20, 2016 Share Posted August 20, 2016 As per your your advice Nick I purchased the cross license and was then sent a download of the ORBXFTXNAKJAC110,ZIP. Do I just run the executable to install the airport? Or, do I have to remove my previous install of this airport first ? If so how would I do that? I had to go thru hoops to get all this done just to do the update to the airport. I assume the new airport download file includes the update? I would think so but could not find out. Nick Cooper Posted August 20, 2016 Share Posted August 20, 2016 If you go to ORBX\FTX_NA and delete the FTX_AA_KJAC folder, you will have effectively uninstalled the product. Then run your new installer. You may have to have your (downloaded version) order number, date and serial number ready but after that, just follow the on-screen prompts.
