active Where is the Open LC North America Install Executable File?

I downloaded the four Zip files with Internet Download Manager and extracted them with 7Zip into the same folder.  I opened each of the resulting four file folder but there is no executable file.  Where do I find it?

There is but you may not be able to see the file extension.

Windows File Explorer\View\Options and uncheck Hide file extensions for known file types.

It is in the fourth zip file

 

But you should not have four resulting folders, but only one!
