I then copied all zipped files to my desktop. The attached image shows the install error I get at the beginning of the install.Antivirus software was turned off and I did run file as admin. dominique Posted August 1, 2016 Share Posted August 1, 2016 I don't want to substitute to the team but as I fumbled a little like you do and had this error I may help. Once you have all your 4 zips, unzip them all in one folder (or transfer them unzipped in the same folder) meaning that you should have 21 files named OrbxFTXopenLCNA110.xx (xx being a number between 1 and 21) + 1 .exe in the same folder.
