suckyducky24_ Posted August 1, 2016 Share Posted August 1, 2016 I purchased 4 ftx products - including AYPY - and I only see 2 active ( at the side, groups tab). Museumkeeper Posted August 1, 2016 Share Posted August 1, 2016 Hi If I read it correctly, the '2' that you see at the side under the groups tab relates to two updates that you still have to perform as shown on the right of the photo on FTX Vector and AYPY. I would also suggest that you have not loaded OrbxLibs as you are still showing as using the old FTX Central v2. Am I right in saying that you purchased FTX Global, FTX OpenLC Europe, FTX Vector and AYPY. If so then all four products have been loaded but to complete the installation properly, you still need to update Vector, AYPY and load Orbxlibs and you will see a banner along the top of FTX Central telling you how to load the update to OrbxLibs. I would suggest that you read the OrbxGuide as shown at the bottom left of FTX Central and in particular pages 14, 15 and 16 Kind regards Ian Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
