Gordan Posted July 29, 2016 Share Posted July 29, 2016 Hello everyone need help ,cannot install FTX Global Base , asking for disc 1 , have tried all , download manager all what i found in Forums in www. have win10, the support from tjhis company is unbelievable poor,no place to raise a ticket can u belive that i paid 99 Dollars, no wonder avery one loads the programs with torrents plz help me someone.. Nick Cooper Posted July 29, 2016 Share Posted July 29, 2016 The product you have downloaded is compressed into a .zip file. The installer cannot use compressed files and therefore before it can work, the file must be unzipped or decompressed. This means that it must be unzipped to a new folder, outside the .zip file and when all the files are in there, the installer will be able to use them and will no longer ask for a disk. Gordan Posted July 29, 2016 Author Share Posted July 29, 2016 Well Sir ,this is exactly what i did several times and downloaded with Downlaod manager ,used the 7Zip to extract in a separate folder, i did all the procedures,but still is asking for the CD..
