active No water in Alaska scenery

Hi... I had this problem once before when installing Return to Misty Moorings scenery but solved it by making sure my scenery folders were in the proper order. They remain in that order, I have added no new new scenery- just one plane (A2A P51). Now again I have no water in the Alaska scenery. here is the reference for the work up for my system :

ot87f8e4600dae3156a0354c1f94d86917  I have run all the updates and the Orbx migration.
