Meigs blurry textures?

That looks like the P3D 3.2 ground polygon bug, high resolution layers disappear based on camera angle.

 

If you are indeed running 3.2, the only solution for this particular bug is updating to 3.3.5.

 

If not, let us know and we'll dig deeper :)
