postman41258
I installed Lake Tahoe and Northern Calif scenery and I see black flickering triangles on the ground at KTVL. How might I fix this issue? I was also wondering how I might delete the modern aircraft from the KTVL scenery. I have my FSX set to the 1970's era.
Misha Cajic
Hello, You need to have FSX ground shadows unchecked in the FSX settings. Not only is it a buggy setting but having it off will greatly improve performance. Cheers, Misha
postman41258
Thanks for the help. Worked fine.I am using ADE to make it possible for AI to function at KTVL and all I need to do now is remove the static aircraft. Can you tell me how to do this? Misha Cajic
If you go into FTX Central and find the entry for KTVL, click the 'configure' button. This will open up the control panel, where you can disable the static aircraft. Cheers, Misha
Adam Banks
One of the reasons why I'm delighted to be in P3Dv3 99% of the time is that it handles all the shadows beuatifully ... my KTVL looks great! Adam.
