active Autogen and Trees Missing Since Update of FTX Centyral and P3DV3

My autogen is missing since updating the P3D Content and Client in ORBX England as an example.  My friend had the same issue but was able to resolve it by applying regions in FTX Central 2.  I also have FTX Central 2, the same version as my friend.  But when I highlight a global region the Apply button does not appear.  As such I am unable to restore the autogen.  Have you any suggestions please.

 

I have reinstalled the ftxcentral2 again using the normal link, but still unable to see the button to apply.
