I have used both the updater in the FTX Central 2 and also a direct download from the site. Each time I receive a zip file that when opened shows two files: ORBXFTXFHR110.2 3/11/2016 161 MB ORBXFTHR110.EXE 3/11/2016 500MB I run the exe file and after a while a window comes up asking for the second disc.
