ramonb
Hello Just installed KFHR SP1, during the install I got a DDS file decompression error, I chose Retry, the installer continued and ended normally. But now Central 2 won't open at all or if it opens it shuts down when I select Prepar3D. I ran the installer again, but still Central won't work. Note: I ran Central some 10 minutes before to change regions, and worked fine. UPDATE: Finally managed to start Central, but now I get this error:
Ben McClintock
Hi Ramón, If you go to your Prepar3D v3 directory, can you see the "ORBX\User Documents\Versions" directory?
ramonb
Hello Bill Yes I do. It has 39 txt files, all 1 kb in length and FTX_US_KFHR.TXT is dated 3/11/2016 Inside it has: FTX US KFHR FRIDAY HARBOR AIRPORT VERSION 1.10 MARCH 2016 I]m on the Laptop as the main PC is undergoing a series of tests since after I rebooted I ran a chkdsk and found 12 KFHR & 2W4 corrupted files. (Only those ORBX/FTX files were corrupted) Thanks for looking into this.
Ben McClintock
Thanks Ramón, Would you be able to submit a diagnostic report via FTX Central v2 please?
ramonb
Hello Bill Seems like the culprit is drive D: it did not pass the stress test and actually went offline while testing. now I'm trying to salvage as much info as I can to the NAS. During the night I did a semi fix and got Central working. At least partially, starts with no error. I'm trying to generate a report, but It is taking too long. Update: Does not seem to work, Diagnostic Reporter status is Running. Update2: Took a while, but here it is ot421d53d8ec78 41d16c58fdd4feb23509
