Hello stijnsarah18,

I notice that you have asked for support in 2 previous topics where you have been asked for an order number, as yet none have been supplied, I'm not sure wether the order number quoted in the previous Topic title has been verified by Orbx staff and the topic was therefore locked.  Please kindly supply a valid order number for your Orbx products, it is a condition for Payware support. If you can supply these order numbers then the team will be happy to provide assistance.

Hello,

Thank you for the order numbers.

I have added one order number to your avatar, as you will see.

Now you should be able to receive support without being asked

for an order number again.

To Jeff, the order number in the previous topic title is also valid, please go ahead

and help, as you know, P3D is not my specialist subject, except where

it remains the same as FSX.:)

Hello stijnsarah18,

Thanks for those order numbers and sorry to appear unfriendly, I note that Nick has verified & placed that order number under your avatar profile, that will certainly save a lot of hassle in any future support sessions.

Many thanks Nick.

P3D is not my specialty either, although some solutions are interconnected. I notice what seems to be London Heathrow airport in the distance. Unfortunatley I don't have OLC EU to do any kind of crosscheck, but you are definitely missing every kind of Autogen object. I feel that One of the team would be best to handle this one.

Nick if you are watching could you point a team member to this Topic.

Ok so welcome and apologies, may I ask you some basic questions before the P3D experts arrive.

Q: Have you installed the latest Orbx Libraries

Q: Have you Opened FTXCentral v2 and selected "FTXGlobal group" then clicked on the "Apply Group" button

Q: Do you have your Scenery Library insertion Points in the correct positions.
Q: If you open the FTXCentral > settings > Tools Installed products does it show FTXGlobal and a version number .

Q: FSX:SE  or  FSX:DVD  New question for FSX same issue as above in original post.

I wonder if you have installed the wrong version P3D into FSX and Vice versa of FTXGlobal or OLC EU from the installer, or because you are running both P3Dv3.2 and FSX they are both selected from the FTXCentral utility respectively when Applying the Group.

Hello again stijnsarah18,

I've been looking around the forum in previous Topics for instances where large areas of autogen are missing, I have found one topic where Holger Sandmann has provided a potential solution, even though it is dealing with FTXVector and FTXGlobal. it is also talking about missing Autogen within OLC EU and FTXGlobal.

Here is the link:  http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/107563-autogen-missing-in-p3d-with-global-vector/?do=findComment&comment=968191 Please review the topic but also read Holger's response and solution post ID:9 and the OP's reponse in post ID:10 where the issue is resolved by installing the latest Orbx Libraries into P3D and then opening FTXCentral and Applying the FTXGlobal Group. You should also do the same library install for FSX and Apply the FTXGlobal Group for FSX also. Make sure you choose which sim you are installing the updated Orbx Libraries into and also which sim you will be selecting in FTXCentral to activate the FTXGlobal Group.
