Could you try a couple of things for me: 1. Check that you have enough spare disk space on the drive you want to install Telluride to. It's always advisable to have around 10GB free to run and install the files. 2. Have you unzipped all the contents from your zip file to a temporary folder before running the installer? Running the installer directly from the zip file will cause issues. 3. A small portion of users have experienced problems with the Flightsimstore Wrapper (the E-wrapper we use for our products) where it causes freezes - have a read of this topic for more information. Otherwise, if these don't yield a result, could you let us know at what point during the installation process you experience the freeze?
